Key responsibilities for this role may include:

  1. Greeting visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and friendly demeanor and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
  2. Answering incoming phone calls, screening and transferring calls, and taking messages as needed to facilitate communication and provide assistance.
  3. Managing the front desk area, including maintaining a clean and organized reception area, managing visitor sign-in and security procedures, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  4. Handling inquiries and providing information about our products, services, and policies to visitors, clients, and employees in person, over the phone, and via email.
  5. Assisting with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, booking meeting rooms, preparing documents, and coordinating mail and courier services.
  6. Managing office supplies and equipment, including ordering supplies, maintaining inventory records, and troubleshooting equipment issues as needed.
  7. Supporting other departments with clerical and administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, copying, and scanning documents, to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  8. Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as a positive attitude and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. You should be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.

Requirements for this position may include:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with previous experience in customer service, reception, or administrative support roles preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as experience with multi-line phone systems and office equipment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
