  6. Coordinating training programs and activities, including scheduling sessions and tracking attendance.
  7. Assisting with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys and wellness programs.
  8. Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, and updating HR policies and procedures as needed.

To excel in this role, you should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Previous experience in HR roles and a degree in human resources or a related field would be beneficial.
